Very modern solution as everything is done online, the system is efficient, intuitive and easy going, especially regarding the check-in check-out steps. However, the vehicle wasn't in a perfect state, although still safe for the long ride I had to do (1600 km), at the sole exception of the fluid’s quantities at check-in : - I had an alarm stating to refill the Add-Blue which isn't cheap at all (I put around 12L after buying 2 cans of 10L for around 25€ each...) and it can't really be easily adjusted at the end of the rent to match the level at departure in order to call it fair ! - I had only half of the fuel tank, which is not a problem moneywise as I followed the rule is give it back with the same level, but it wasn't helpful to start my trip as I had to plan a refuelling right at the departure. - The worse, I had minimum level for the oil with an alert at start-up, and confirmed it was below the minimum when I checked the gauge ! In the end the phone service has been helpful, friendly and relatively reactive, I adjusted the level myself after buying a can of oil (21.9 €) based on the City-Drop technician recommendation. I still think it required more than that as the alert was still on all along my trip, but at least the level was above the minimum. To this day I'm still waiting for the reimbursement of this can ... So overall a nice experience, tainted with small disappointments regarding the fluid’s levels for which the customer service responded quite quickly and efficiently, at the sole exception of the pending small reimbursement...

An unbeatable experience! Their app works perfectly. It was a breeze to open the vehicle and get started. I had a new Chinese truck with less than 10,000 kilometers that ran perfectly. From Malaga to Düsseldorf. They couldn't provide the type of vehicle I reserved, so they gave me a larger one. In the end, I emailed them requesting some kind of refund due to the increased fuel consumption, and they agreed instantly and refunded me. So I highly recommend them.

Beware of this provider. It's a rip-off! They lure clients with €1 prices. During the booking process, the price suddenly increases to €100 without any warning from the system. If you cancel, you'll be charged twice as much (because they charge 99€ cancellation fee, but they do not reclaim back the payment of 100€) In the end, the error cost us €200. The provider is completely unaccommodating when it comes to refunds.

Careful, scammers! With the 1 Euro offer, if you cancel, you’ll be charged 200 Euros! No warning about it! Stay away from this provider! Save yourself a lot of trouble.

I couldn’t love the experience more! I have used City Drop twice now for my moving. Once from Paris to Perpignan and yesterday back. And it all went so smooth and easy. No persons involved, good large van, service impec! And my caution was back within 2 days already. Of course u need to leave the cars in good condition - after reading some other reviews. I really hope this great company will be here to stay and recommend 100%. I sound bias but i m really not. It s based on actual experiences. I left the light on unfortunately after leaving the car and it took only a phone call and the problem was “fixed” within 5 minutes. And love they trust you as a customer (and vice versa). Merci bcp!
